- Phosphorus – 10.2 gm.
- Vitamin D3 – 96000 I.U.
- Vitamin B12 – 1200 mcg
- Pueraria mirifica ext. – 600 mg
- Dextrose – 30% (90 gm.)

Prevention of Milk Fever
The product label specifies a 4 Bottle protocol for this purpose:
- 1st bottle: Before calving (0-24 hrs)
- 2nd bottle: Just after calving
- 3rd bottle: 12 hours after calving
- 4th bottle: 24 hours after calving
